We have had a few head strikes, but not recently. I have done a cleaning of the heads and we clean the heads weekly. Is there any way to fix this if it is deflection?

Phototex I really like Phototex for wall graphics, but you do need to kick up the vibrancy a little bit as it has a textured Matte finish. But it is very easy to install and I have had it up for two years now without any problems.
