I've run into a problem where the printer is giving a ink level reading that does not physically reflect what is in the cartridges. The printer display shows a reading level of "1" (cyan 1 & 2, right bank) the low cartridge, LED light flashing red, reading correct. Full cartridge, LED light...

Have you checked the tool postion There are two cutting positions on the cg160 that the blade holder will fit in. The forward position which cuts against a foam pad is used for the half-cut and pouncing. The rear which has the hard cutting surface is for pen plotting and normal cutting.
