Mimaki JV160LX Just curious what everyone thinks about this printer now. I understand they have fixed many of the problems they have been having. Any first hand experience with them. Thanks in advance.

Sonnysigns, have you figured out if it was the 3M 35-10 that was causing the color shift in the greys your were printing. We have dealt recently with the same problem and was just wondering if that was the cause of it or if it was a printer issue. Thanks

Just thinking about upgrading to a mimaki JV33 64" or possibly a 54" and thought I would see if anyone had a used machine for sale in good working order, or was thinking about upgrading in the near future. Thanks.

How would you connect a vinyl express Q130 which worked with my 32 bit, xp computer; to a 64 bit windows 7 computer? I downloaded the new 64 bit drivers and can't get the cutter to come up in the prod. manager to set-up the cutter. Any help would be appreciated!

I would have to agree also with these post. I have a mutoh with a separate cutter and it is well worth the time in production to be able to be printing while you are laminating and cutting at the same time.

I just got the alien skins collection and have the plugins up on flexi but can't get them to work with lettering. how do you use the bevel plugin for lettering?
