    The Black ink can be drawn thru waste line but color seems to be sucking air. Just changed heads and capping station. Do I need to prime or is their an adjustment to make it sit tight against seal? Have ink to heads but can't pull thru. Thanks

    Just changed heads and capping station. Can't get ink to capping station. Black ink pulls thru OK and prints perfect in test. Is their a way to prime it to start flow. Have ink to dampers. No blocks to waste tank air pushes back thru.

  9. Graphtec FC 7000 Cutting Problem

    My cutter seems to step-cut around my "O" & "C" and any round cut rather than a smooth rounded cut. I installed NEW Blade Holder and Blade. Running Signlab. I can't seem to find out what is causing this problem. Thanks for your help.

    I don't know what happened. Now my very small letters are not cutting very sharp. The "O" seems to cut in steps instead of flowing around the curve. What should my settings be? I forget what they were.

  11. Speed Up Knife Postiion During Setup.

    When moving my knife into position a couple of inches up on the vinyl it moves so SLOW. My SignJet would move faster if the button was left down. Can I do anything to make it move faster?
