I used a non-glare plexiglass for an interior display in a museum and was greatly disappointed by the amount of reflections from ceiling-mounted fluorescent light fixtures. My wall-mounted signs are also affected by ceiling-mounted spotlights.

I lost my internet connection and can't send a file to my Roland SP-540i. How can I set it up so I can print directly from Versaworks on my computer to the printer without using a network connection?
I printed some gray tones and solid blacks. last night they looked great and today everything looks tan and dark brown. i did a normal cleaning and my ink levels look good. Any ideas? Roland VersaCamm SP-540i
Thanks for the feedback. The guy I am using has a Shopbot with vacuum hold down. He was unsure where to start with speeds and feeds cause he normally cuts HDU molds. I will get the tooling recommended to avoid the long learning curve. We will be doing a test cut on scrap pieces to fine tune...
Any recommendations for feeds and speed using a v bit on cast acrylic?? I am using 1/2" thick material and need to v groove the outlines of letters and borders approximately .25" depth. I also need to do a perimeter cut completely through the material

I am printing high resolution jpeg files from a camera with a Roland SP 540i printer and I notice that the black areas look like I added a "posterize" effect instead of printing smooth transitions. Any ideas why??
I install every pinch roller when I print. I pull slack in the material prior to printing to take the stress off of the material when it feeds for printing. Then after i laminate i run the cutter real slow (10) and I leave the pinch rollers in the same position. i also try to keep the outer...
Yup, that's what the customer wants! My customer is involved with remote control airplanes and he's playing with miniature blimps like you see inside hockey arenas between periods. The material to cover them is 2 mil white polyurethane...anyone know where to find this material??
