I agree with Castek Resources we had the same issue with a 100/100/100/100% cmyk Black, and a 100/100 Magenta and Yellow.
Slow down the head speed, increase the temperature, and make the Black 100% K that will fix the issue.
As the last Post suggests, take off the screws on the side, and release the side panel, and inside the panel is a black reset switch.
Hold this in, and power on the machine.
If it works, replace the cover, My gerber edge I has the problem often.
Ultrasonic
If the heads are completely blocked, soak them in Fluid over night, and retry - if this does not work - i doubt that a cheap ultrasonic cleaning bath will work - as you really need to forward flush and reverse flush to clear the nozzles - there should be a few people that offer...

"Actually you made it for commercial gain."

You say the second colour does not read, it just leaves it white, are you printing it ? Or just viewing it on the preview prior to printing ?
Yes, i too have had trouble cutting that fabric stuff, i ended up cutting it on a Tangential Summa with an original summa blade.
I would try maybe hitting it with a lot of extra cutting pressure.
You need to print the image in reverse, onto clear self adhesive, and then print a separate decal on white self adhesive.
Applicate the white decal on top of the clear decal.
Voila, one double sided glass decal.
Steve
Are you using Refillable ink cartridges ? Maybe a stupid question, but have you already tried swapping the cartridge ? Its not always the machine at fault when ink can't be pulled.
Sometimes the rubber bung in the refillable cart is to blame, (at least - it has for me on that printer...
