I think I remember seeing you say you were from Canada before, we just signed up for Advantage for under $1000 from ND. Can't remember the exact price, but I'm thinking around $925. Also finding it to be significantly quicker than 11.
Ours was having the same issue recently. We never 100% figured it out, but we were having other network problems at the same time, and ended up changing a network switch somewhere in the building. Haven't had an issue since.
Agreed, looks like the South African site could be more clear, I've got 15 sitting here that all came from a Roland dealer. All of them have the box around the colour, but also the logo in the correct location.
We've got a Roland XC-540, and I currently do backlits with either 2 passes on translucent white media, or printing on clear, applying a layer of white translucent over the clear in the laminator and printing a second layer.
We've been looking at getting a 3rd printer (also have a CAT-UV), and...
^ I've never done it that way. But that works for me too. I've always done the 7 button presses then held the 4.
I've got no more ideas for the OP, sounds like it should be working...
Mine is down, right, left, up, right, down, left and then hold left, down, right and power.
That's how it works on my XC540 anyways, should be the same for an SP?
I do that all the time for smaller backlit prints, works great. I print on the clear, then laminate it with translucent and print again.
I tried to do a 14 ft fascia that way and it was off by an inch or so by the end. Now I just do a double print on translucent for large ones.
I use a swiffer sweeper every print I laminate. Our shop is extremely dry in the winter ( 2 humidifiers running non stop to keep above 20%). They work awesome, definitely don't create more static for me.
Our Proveer sales rep takes them whenever he/she makes a visit from Calgary. They're probably making a profit on them somehow, but at least we don't have to deal with them.
I believe it's because you didn't leave enough extra material at the end of your print, that's when mine usually does it. I usually do an extra cut .25" bigger than my intended cut, so that if I have a missed cut it's one that's not important.
You don't think a diamond shape is appropriate for 'Black DIAMOND Tint'?
I think you're stretching a bit.
Either way, I was just having a little fun
Also, in the future, no one is allowed to use circles in their logos.
We used to do a layer of laminated translucent applied on top of a layer of clear, both printed. Looked great lit and unlit, but was a pain to line up. Now we mostly double print on translucent. A single layer of clear will almost disappear when lit.
Absolutely incorrect. The chances you would get caught are pretty slim, but student editions are definitely prohibited from using for commercial purposes.
I used to use iPhone, after 3 of them (in otterboxes) simply quitting on me and Apple basically telling me to pound sand, I've switched to Android. Ignoring the fact that the outright purchase price is cheaper, I like the openness of Android much better. Wouldn't even consider going back to iOS.
