    Wow this is a tough thread. I am new to signs101.com so I will go easy. We bought one and it works as advertised. Before Bannerpro we used tape and sent banners out for sewing. We are happy with our purchase.

    Don't buy the cheap imports, no support. I would go with a Roland or Graphtec for best long term results.

    I have used the Royal it is a good value for the money and works well. See a demo at your local dealer and try it for yourself.

    We have a hood over our printers vented to the outdoors. Better to be safe and send the fumes outside the building.

    If you are sure the problem is the print head and not a driver board, cap-top or damper contact www.printhead911.com. I have been told they do a good job rebuilding print heads.
