We have ours in a clean room, double intake filters, strong evacuation fan that doesn't kick in till the heat is up to 84. Perfect prints on any substrate and never a problem. This week we begin to print on fabric for flags. We have a 56" wide DigiDry that we can use at the input feed on our...

  3. A week ago yesterday........

You know I was just thinking about how fast the time does go by. Julian is 5 already and it seems like such a short time ago he was still in diapers. Dad talks about how fast it passes and it reminded me of one of his Chronicles. Winter's here now and I think he wrote this one just about this...

  6. Still sitting on a Falcon Outdoor

A perfectly functioning printer with an intermittent heater. Very frustrating. We run it every two days just to keep it cycling, and the heater is working every time, but there's always a chance that its going to stop heating in the middle of a large run. Finding a heater control circuit board...

  10. Desperately seeking Susan!

And if Susan's real name was LPDE, that'd be it. I'm having no luck finding a 4'x8' sheet of LPDE with 1/16" brown, 3/8" cream and 1/16" brown for some government CNC jobs. Anyone? Thanks!

Yo! Colorado! You're supposed to use Magenta ink, not Prego Sauce! :Big Laugh
  12. Graphtec Users ... Reviews Wanted

We have two of them, one state of the art, all options 7000 54" and the old FC4100 30". That 30" is at least 10 years old and run hard and put up wet. After 8 solid years of 8 hours a day running, it took a quick renovation of the electrionics and a $500 dollar bill. Today it runs as strong as...

  14. Attention HP l25500 owners!

Our research shows that the new model changes are negligible, and that's why we bought the L25500 now. Anyone have anything saying otherwise?
  15. Anger Management, need parts now

Sorry I can't help with parts, but did you actually check your Teflon Strip before heading for Mars? :Big Laugh Its the single most common reason for what you're describing.
  16. Attention HP l25500 owners!

Our L25500 loads just as fast as our Mutoh Falcon Outdoor. We're just not finding some of these minor problems listed for the L25500. It's quick, clean and easy to operate.

  20. What will it print on???

Ok. Here we go. First, no slam against the Mutoh at all. It ran hard for 8 years and even though there sure some issues, I learned a tremendous amount about the Falcon with hands-on maintenance and repair. (Thanks to a very cool sympathetic in-house Mutoh tech we were mistakenly routed to and...
