this is the answer that you seek!!!!!!!!!!!

i believe your problem has to do with your encoder wheel!! it is on the lest side of the printer under the side plastic!! take off the cover and make sure there are no scratches or dust the see if the problem stops. you may need to order a new one!!

I just replaced my maintenance station on my VJ1604 and was wondering if anyone knows how to reset this pump warning? i am pretty sure it is in the maintenance 2 settings and know how to get there but from here I am stuck!!
