Right now I have the signgo lite. I can pay $260.00 more and get the full version. Then it says I can scan images in and cut them. Is this something I should do? Or is there something better out there?

I currently have sign go lite. I like it. But the most I can do is letters and a few shapes. what I would like to be able to do is actual line art images. For example if I want to have mt cutter do a t-shirt. Or just a design. I am very limited with sign go lite.

Seems pretty easy to use so far. But all I've done are words.

I appreciate all the help you guys gave me. I have decided to stick with my windows pc for now. I do like mac though. But I think I will wait until I am more familiar with what I have. And I would prefer to get something more up to date. This took a long time to figure out. And this site...

Well I did it!! I got the Graphtec up and running. I downloaded signgo light. And then I found the driver for the 3200. And that is working.

Ok Thanks. So does that mean that I can't use the cutter until I get the disc or the download?

So can I get that plugin off the internet?

Actually it has just been dropped off.

I got it used. It is actually being delivered today.

So if I go with the mac with adobe Illustrator 9.0 I will need to get a plugin? Where do I get that and will it cost anything?

Thanks Bill. That helps a lot. I figured right now I can't afford software for it and saw a mac with Adobe Illustrator 9 on it. So I think I may try to buy the mac. I saw the converter for less than $5.00 on Amazon. I do prefer windows. But I am familiar with Mac also.

I just purchased a Graphtec FC3100-60. Now I am wondering wjat would be the best software to use. I seen that someone is selling a Mac G4 with Adobe Illustrator 9.0 pre installed. Will the Cutter I bought be compatible with Mac? And will I be able to use Adobe Illustrator to cut?
