body shop near me had a customer with a custom tank that got scratched and is chipping so its getting a repaint and I need to make a mask for the air brusher.

I've printed it without a problem but the customer owns a boat thats 25ft long. I wouldn't have a problem but I have a 300v and printing something that long and laminating it can be a pain, longest run we have done is 10ft so far.

yeah when I replaced my head I replaced all 4 dampners. Also Robert M has been great to deal with and has helped me every step of the way.

I changed the color profile to the 3m ij 180 profile and it took care of it.

take some vinyl and print a gradient pattern on it and it will pick it up and just stick it to the desk, you coudl also just print your store logo on it and apply it to the surface.

actually I got it fixed, what happened was it wasn't a feed problem in versaworks I had it set on generic vinyl 1 I set it to glossy photo paper and it fixed the problem. I also changed the color profile but it still had a problem with that profile until I changed it to glossy photo paper...

ok weird so like its barely noticeable like I see it but unless you know its there you don't really see it. I took a picture with flash and without the flash shows the banding but it slike only a reflective light banding in reg light without a flash etc it doesn't really show.

decided to come into the shop to take a look its just bugging me, its still banding and I've lowered the heater temps I also looked at the lines for ink starvation and ther eis no air in the lines and the dampners were just replaced this week. its not doing it on the flames but just on the black.

I just replaced the head and its got a brand new ecosol black cart in it. Solid blacks print fine I'm using the SPEcoMH_genpvc1_v1080x1080.icc profile When I replaced the head I replaced all dampners and captops.
