Mate you shouldn't have too much trouble with flexi/production manager messing up files - try saving out of photoshop as a flattened tiff and print that. Production Manager is pretty handy RIP software - you shouldn't need much more than that. Cheers, Neil.

We use Dibond brand (Alcan Composite) 4050x2050mm sheets here; can get them in 4, 5 & 6mm thicknesses I believe. You may also be able to get the sheets in Alucobond (Alcan) as well. Both are European made products and really good quality. Our main shop sign is made of 2 sheets side by side...

We use a Festool System much like this one. Fits a saw and router and a vacuum cleaner as well, cuts through most materials we use in the shop. We also router out reverse sides of Alucobond for folding up into panels. Like Mainframe, we couldn't run our shop without it. Cheers, Neil.
