So if anyone here uses the cutting plotter controller here they know that after you hit print the controller screen pops up and you hit "cut" and it cuts out your design. But for some reason mine will not do that, i have re installed it and everything. Any suggestions cause i am all out of them!

Is there a way you can use the machine to align the vinyl? Or has someone come up with a bracket you can use to keep the roll aligned? I am cutting a bunch of small parts and some of them overlap each other. But by the time it gets to the end of the section it usually doesn't do it anymore. Any...

Anyone know some of the preventative maintenance for the Graphtec FC8000 series? You know new belt, tighten belt, cleaning, etc.... I just need some suggestions.

Does anyone know how to set a picture i edited in corel as a desktop background? I've tried changing the format. Saving it in different formats. And i looked under help in corel but they don't have anything.... =[

Sorry for the wait, i havent had time till now, i replaced the .dll file and it says the same error, do i have to have cutting master working open? AND! on the error code, above, it says "Failed to load c:\Program Files\CoredDRAW Graphics Suite...

and the error code i speak of is up at the start of the thread. And in Corel you can do something with the cutter, its at the top of the page on Corel, it looks like a box with a fox tail at the bottom, its called the application launcher and i get the error code everytime i use it. well try too

i'm using Corel Draw X4. i have been plotting strait out of it and then i get the cutting plotter controller window that comes up. Then i hit cut.

i have re installed the program like 4 times now, nothing seems to be doin the trick

thats the same window i get, but people are telling me there should be 2 windows when you use cutting master 2

will someone post pics on the static fix parts... like where to put them, the magnets and the rod's. or maybe a detailed description of how it works.

I know nothing of how to trouble shoot anything that has to do with hardware, a vehicle isn't hard. But computer parts are a different story. Google it? I do that for even the smallest problems i cant figure out.
