M Series on Routers How well do the Agfa M2 inks hold up on a flatbed router? Cutting things like Sintra and Styrene that has been double side printed. Do the inks have issues with chipping at the edges? Do you have to premask the board before you cut?

Thanks for all the feedback. The comment about the ink soaking into the paper and not curing makes a lot of sense. A lot of the samples that smelled bad were paper boards. I may just need to build a rack and let everything sit for a day before shipping it out. Maybe toss a Pine Tree air...

When I try to print in 4 Pass (fast) mode using Onyx Production House 7 my image explodes to 3 times the size. All media profiles do this. I'm printing to a Mutoh 1614. 8 Pass works great but I'd like to use that fast banner mode for things that don't require high quality. Anyone ever see this?
