Yep, you sure can, you can buy a lot of tape for the cost of the machine, however this just gives me a third hand, and we have found that it makes alignment and the process so much faster. I am a type of guy that likes to do less work and make more money, it works for me. :toasting:
  2. Layzply.com - a new way to lay vinyl

QUOTE=ForgeInc;831475]Mr G. Don't take it personally. Most in here aren't as cold or as unwelcoming to new paid subscribers. I hope you do sell a couple of those things by joining 101, at least enough to break even on your membership fees. I'm sure your device isn't for everyone in here, but...
  3. Layzply.com - a new way to lay vinyl

:clapping:ok, I'm catching on, I'm getting it. I can take it. However, just maybe one of those quickie franchise sign shops that is popping up all over the world, they just may like it. I don't know but I have heard that a few of them have a thousand franchises and I am sure they are not hiring...
  4. Layzply.com - a new way to lay vinyl

Fellow Sign Guys and Gals, I am overwhelmed by the response on this site. I am a newbie on your site and truly apoligize if you think I placed this tread in the wrong section. However, my machine is not intended to do everything and certainly not to be a threat to anyone. The Big Stick, I'm sure...
  5. Layzply.com - a new way to lay vinyl

OK guys, you hurt me enough. As far as getting into a peeing contest - not interested. I have laid down a lot of vinyl doing it that way, always with a helper, yelling and screaming to hold the material straight, don't let it hit the substrate and on and on. Half of my equipment has been bought...
  6. Layzply.com - a new way to lay vinyl

Funny you should mention that it should be larger, it is on it's way. At present we do a lot of screen printing on the 18 x 24 or 2 up on 12 x 18, our main problem was on small orders like 10 signs or under where we could not justify charging $30.00 for each screen. This is where this machine...

  10. Toucan LT Error E110 - HELP!!!!!

Error e110 Randya, I've learned something between a Toucan and a Toucan LT - that is a start. My machine has Spectra SL 128 heads and it has all Mutoh boards. I am sure the Go Fuzion has some custom firmware going on, I haven't got that far with the printer yet. I picked this thing up for what...
  11. Toucan LT Error E110 - HELP!!!!!

:helpI have a 87" Go Fusion sold by Graphic One that was converted over to a UV printer. The base machine is made from a Toucan LT and since Mutoh don't make a UV printer I can't seem to get any answers. Seems like they will sell me parts if I know the part I need but NO TECH SUPPORT OR SERVICE...

The wast jar need to be remove and a rubber cap is place in the hole to seal the printer, theirs a head lock mounted on the upper right back of the machine to lock the heads in place rise the laveling screws and carfully roll it away. Can't spell tonite I'm drinking.
  15. SP-300V Question

Make sure your clean the heads and you probably need a power wash. Roland has a couple different power washes from the service menu. To get into the service menu is kind of tricky and I believe when the machine is turned off you press the down arrow, right arrow, left arrow and up arrow keys one...
