I'm not sure it sounds like that could be possibly be the issue. We have a guy on tech support at the moment trying to troubleshoot a printer issue. When hes done with that I'll take a look at it, how would I go about to check if thats the issue? (always fun when one updates everything)

I've found its a flaw in the material. Try loading a different roll and printing it, see if that fixes it. If so contact your supplier and report the defect they should be able to refund you for the cost of the material. Though it could also be your heat settings to warm typically.

Zune flatbed cutter large machine and costly but it pays for itself pretty quickly and can be used to cut shapes out of many different types of substrates

I'd give it up he paid for it at least that was his understanding and yeah like everyone else here has said repeat customer so make him a happy repeat costumer

yup yup you can even put rolls of vinyl in it and use to lay printed vinyl or any vinyl on your substrate ^___^
