I recently had to change the ribbon because it was damaged and wasn't reading any rollers. Got that all changed out and it was working perfectly. Did a few test cuts no problem, now I loaded a job and sent it and and it worked good until it went to cut off the material I noticed it didn't...
I'm not sure it sounds like that could be possibly be the issue. We have a guy on tech support at the moment trying to troubleshoot a printer issue. When hes done with that I'll take a look at it, how would I go about to check if thats the issue? (always fun when one updates everything)
We have two of the same Summa cutters. We recently updated from Onyx 10 to Onyx 19, from which we use the CutSever in Onyx to cut printed jobs. We also use Summa WinPlot to cut Non-printed Vinyl like Colored Shinerite.
The issue is the USB port name is the same on both cutters, so when we plug...

I've found its a flaw in the material. Try loading a different roll and printing it, see if that fixes it. If so contact your supplier and report the defect they should be able to refund you for the cost of the material. Though it could also be your heat settings to warm typically.
I'm a raiders fan and so are some of my good friends, but I must admit that is extreme... Then again we raiders fans are rarely called sane. :rock-n-roll:
Zune flatbed cutter large machine and costly but it pays for itself pretty quickly and can be used to cut shapes out of many different types of substrates
I'd give it up he paid for it at least that was his understanding and yeah like everyone else here has said repeat customer so make him a happy repeat costumer
