A client wants to use the font used for Essentials. They gave me this picture taken from an angle. Trying to get more of a straight on shot of the cover. If anyone can identify it on an angle I would sure appreciate it.

Same thing happened just a couple days ago here too only the image wasn't as freaky. Woman walked in wanting this on only two black shirts. Emailed a 32 kb, 96 dpi jpg somebody created in Gimp. Of course the black background in the jpg is not to be included.

Do you want to get more sign business in the future or not get any more. Granted the sign isn't big but the little bit of ghosting gets worse as time goes by. Follow the recommendations to replace with new poly unless you don't more business. The customer is trusting you to do the job right...

That looks like the cap top I use on mine. There is not a specific cap top per color. They all use the same cap top.

Solutions Opaque is hard to work with and will in most circumstances require a slight white border to keep the ink from curling the edges of the print. Express Print or Quickprint available from Stahls or Imprintables Warehouse do no curl when printed to the edge. At least I haven't had that...
