Recently my heater display defaults back to a "not active" status, until i press the two left buttons , then the bottom right -- then it goes to a "preheat mode for like 30 min. Then goes back to "not active" --i have to continuously reset it !.....wtf ?....lol

Actually just checked part numbers on print heads -- they r the same

Appears that the color fuse blew and from there -- he cant get any further ? Maybe print head i put a thread on mutoh hardware issues

He has replaced the color print head -- but with a used one -- he checked that used print head and its ok --- is there a particular print head for this model -- i do know that this tech works on indoor printers !!!! And the head is out of a mutoh line machine --- but im sure its from an indoor...

Ive got a tech working on the printer ---it started 3 weks ago i was performing maintenance station cleaning / head cleaning etc....was printing color ok .....next day --went to print and would only print black.....i found that the color side 20 amp fuse blew --- a tech walked me through jumping...
