It doesn't get much easier than these. Only print horizontal if you are worried about seams (cars) and you have help installing. I work alone even on semi trailers so print everything vertical.

Use some liquid laminate edge sealer.

I have double printed the deep recessed areas. Place the vinyl in the recess first and then the high areas with the full wrap. Cut the full wrap so that it only stays on the "high" areas.

I dropped the temps to 30, 30, 50 and it helped A LOT. Weird.

Yes I meant VERTICAL banding. It's been a LONG day It is vertical banding. It only does it on light blues. No other colors. It does not line up with the rollers at all. I am turning the heat settings down to 36, 36, 50 and see if that helps too.
