According to head replacement instructions, new print heads are shipped with a waterborne solution that needs to be flushed to prevent clogging. Is the solution to flush the head cleaning solvent or a special solvent specific to this procedure? Thanks.

Yes, the arc only affected the cyan head. I have an old head that I replaced a few months ago, when I plug the ribbon cables into it and let it ride on top of the other heads, the printer starts up with no error.
