I have had no joy with flexi print and cut to a Zund. The tiled files are all over the place multiple sheets overlay each other on the cut file. Nesting in production manager also offsets the cut file and writes different registration marks to the cut file. Work around are the only solution...

Thanks. Not very reassuring. I have just run a quick test on a nested job in Flexi 12. The Print and Cut files do not match, one small shift is all it take to render the job a mess. - I am going to try some of the other Zund drivers and see if the S series will do any better.

Change the White Ink line In the good ol days they claimed that the white ink settles out. If that has blocked the ink line you may have restricted flow. By now i hope you have solved the problem.

Seems to be temperature related. Ambient temperature seem to be too high raising the ink temperature and reduces the viscosity and results in this fine overspray. Increased vacuum and lowering ink preset temperature seems to help, might have to install air cons after all. so much for the...
