My Versaworks says on the printer status that it is an AJ-1000 and that it is not connected.

I guess I thought I changed the IP on the printer to match the computer, but it still won't recognize it.

I am new to this so please excuse my ignorance! I just bought a VP-540i. I have Windows 7 Home Premium. Versaworks loaded fine (I believe) but my computer will not recognize the printer. Is this because of Home Premium? Thanks!
