Never had a problem with Rasterlink. I think the colors look great. Have used Flexi and raster seems better to me. I dunno why but it's easy. Maybe it could the way your files are sent. Make sure they are at the highest quality and that they are CMYK to start out with.

Thanks Robert. I may be buying a head from you. And by the way..I saw the smoke! I just did not get over there fast enough to see where it was coming from. The tech was the one that turned the power on.

When you say blow fuses....Cant fuses be replaced? I'm no computer tech. I just can't see how the WHOLE mainboard is trashed. There is alot of stuff on there that i'm sure is still good. I see no burns nor messed up stuff on the board.

power supply is fine. oNLy thing left i believe is the main board. If the main board is messed up just because I turned it off while printing, I'm going to be pissed for a $3000 screw-up
