    Thanks. Running one display and nothing but versaworks running ATM. The program asks like a window pops up without any actual window showing. Tried cascading the windows from the task bar but no luck. It's as if the window pops up way off screen and I can't see it nor get to it.

    We are running VersaWorks 4.1.1 and I've never used the job log and today I was going to look at it but where is it? Under the View menu is Job Log and no matter what I do there is no job log window anywhere. Anyone experience this?

    Thank you for the replies. The cutter and PC is used by a co-worker and now that I've gone in there and reinstalled the software it all works LOL. Sometimes...you just gotta do things yourself! haha

  6. Print Grayscale photo in VP540

    Just wanted to say thanks! We were running Wasatch SoftRIP and for the life of me I couldn't not get grays to print gray. SO we upgraded to Versaworks and still had the same issues with grayscale images. This trick saved the day. Talk about months of stress off my shoulders!
