Now we cut them out with a jig saw on foam and then route the faces off the backs with double sticky tape and a 1/8" over bit. It's pretty slow especially getting the tape of the plastic.

Thanks We got the XJ 640 with the summa cutter. This printer is awesome! The quality of the prints is unreal and the speed compared to what we are used to is great. Thanks for the input.

I'm talking vinyl, banner etc. the left pinch roller is on the left edge of the "material" however if it's printing on the right side of the material the head will travel all the way across the 64 " area and back. That is a lot of waisted time each pass.
