I did try reinstalling V19. It did not fix whatever the issue is between V19 and Win11. Seems like this should be a simple problem to overcome but it is proving difficult. Thanks for the assistance

I downloaded the free trial and that fixes the issue. I was hoping it may have installed something that would allow V19 to work but it did not. Thanks!

Of course Onyx says V19 is "not certified" for Win11. I'm guessing that even if I dropped the cash to upgrade to V22.5, I may still have the same issue. And I'm sure HP will say it's an Onyx issue. So...

I have just replaced the ink tubes on one of our L360's. When I fired it back up, it does not recognize the ink cartridges. Tried starting with them installed. Tried starting with them out. Tried a brand new cartridge. None of these solved the issue. Any thoughts? Thanks

I have cleaned the drop detector. If there were an "eiffel tower" I would think all of the ph's would show nozzles out.

This ended up being a bad printhead but this particular machine kills lc/lm printheads regularly. Install a new printhead and with in a few prints the head is skipping and has 1000+ nozzles out. Take that same printhead and install it in a different machine, run a few cleans on it, force a prime...
