YEP....Just ripped it off and now looking for a new finisher. Can't stand incompetence.

So, my finisher laminated half a vehicle wrap in either satin or gloss, with two different brands of wrap material, and laminated the other half in matte. Arrggg Can I apply another layer of laminate, or do I eat it and start all over?

We have 2 of them. One is 2 years old and the other is about a year old. They work great. We run the hell out of them and have had great luck with them.

We canceled our membership six months ago. They are still charging us every month. I call every month..the next call they are geting is from our attorney.

We have 2 of the RS-640's. We work the heck out of them. We haven't had any real problems other than user errors. Media clamps are a learn to use item as well. Works great with the GX series cutters for doing print / cut as well.

I use the GX500 which is the 48 inch cut. But I want the GX640 which is the bigger one. I forget the cut width, but it's like 60 inches. So I'll sell my GX500 if someone wants it.

I agree. Same boat. Mine fell apart and fell apart. Now cost more to fix since it's out of warranty.

I have a guy in my town that prints them for 2.00 a square foot.

I think you need to buy my GX500 so I can buy the GX640. :)

We had this issue on our Roland. Come to find out that we were using the wrong profile for the thickness of the materials. We had the problems with banner material, we thought we were using a lightweight material, but the profile we should have used was for thicker banner. Made a big difference.

We use VersaWorks from Roland. Works great for us.

Ok. Just finished a wrap on a 1966 Mustang. Having a couple of issues on the seams, some not all. It's at a car show this weekend so I went to look at it and found some issues there. We only had a couple days to design and wrap it so I wasn't able to catch everything the night we finished it...
