Hello, I need some solvent manifolds for DX4 but I can't find the right supplier. I have tried 2 companies and their head manifolds are short in the front by about or 1/16' ' .(a part were a screw goes is short which causes manifold to bend) Both of the companies have exactly the same...

I will replace the manifold soon. I wish I found out sooner what the problem was.It never occurred to me that a leak was caused by the heads that were little of center.

I need to buy some solvent resistant o-rings .Does anybody knows material that is solvent resistant? I was looking at this website http://www.marcorubber.com/material_chart.htm where they have a lot of material choices. Thank you.

Thanks for your help.I eventually found out,that the heads were not centered on the captops and I found a small crack in the manifold. After centering the heads ,leaks stopped and pumps started to pump the ink.

I sound as if head was not sitting tight on the captop . I can hear air leak between captop and the head.
