Figured it out.... Thank you very much. Problem was the contur cut and it's "mimaki type 1" marks. Didn't need fine cut at all.

Similar issue I had a similar issue about a year and half ago. Did you check the pump station to make sure you were getting a good seal? The tube from the pump to the head unit was loose and it was giving me issues like you are having.

I just purchased a copy of Flexi 10 and having issues myself. Mine are with the print heads, my black and cyan appear to be drifting a lot (Mimaki JV3-160s) I think that this weekend I'm going to tear my machine apart and clean it really really well. Any other ideas of what it might be?
