I have an HP Latex L26500 that is not registering any of the ink cartridges. It's out of warranty. I don't have a regular tech guy. Any suggestions of who to call in South NJ, or should I just look at buying a new printer? I am a small shop for a municipality.

After not using my L26500 for about a month, I came back to a message telling me to reseat the top 4 ink carts. No amount of reseating works. I'm thinking this is a printer thing, not a cartridge thing... any help would be appreciated. I have a town hall to open on Monday.

Iceon, I am having the same blue/purple problem with my L26500. Did you ever resolve this? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm surprised they won't send you a new CD. Gerber has told me that as long as I have the USB dongle, they would send me 10 CDs if I want them.

Thanks for the info Chris. I just sent an email to my guy at Advantage where we got the plotter from, but another supplier doesn't hurt for next time I need something. Do you guys deal with government accounts? I can only order with a purchase order/ Net 30 account.

Yes, that's the one I found. But they don't respond to calls or e-mails. I need to set up a Net30 account to be able to order from them.

It is a Graphtec FC 8000-100 plotter. This is the motor in question. I have emails sent and unanswered phone calls placed to US Cutter, and stuff that needs to be cut, and I can't for the life of me find where to buy one of these.

Anyone know where I can get a Y axis motor for a FC8000? I've been looking all over and all I can find is one from US Cutter.

I clicked the wrong side B to delete. I now have side A loaded up and have no side B in the queue. Anybody know how to recover this, or just get it to print a side B?

Our cop cars all have reflective lettering, I don't have a choice of printing everything. If you can, I would do it.
