no, no problem with the file at all... you cancel the printing that stopped... send it again to the printer and it works perfect... No file error here!

yeah, it just stops printing but fimalizing the print.. its not like its printing and takes a pause... it just stops with a full printing

Printing on a Roland CJ-500... on a 4' x 6' it starts printing excellent and the printer finalizes the image but the computer still "printing" (printed 32%... 33%...34%...) This is no half-way printing, it's like it crops the image to whatever size... We have been printing 3 full days...

Well, took everything apart... capping station, ink pump, ink waste lines, dampers, etc... everything is clean, no ink overflow nowhere.! cartridges and ink lines were empty like brand new!!! not a single drop of ink !! really weird !!.

OK, a little mystery here... last night we printed out three 4' x 8's, everything good, finished, turned off the Roland and went home... Today, got back to the shop, went to print and guess what... NO INK at all on cartridges... what the hell ????????????????????????????? Black - Empty...

Yes, Encoder Check "Completed" seems like no problem with that, calibration of scan done too... still the same problem!

Hi, here's my situation with my Roland CJ-500... 2 weeks ago had to wrap two 52' trailers in 4 days... got my Roland printing straight for 49 hours, yeah... 49 hours non-stop!!! Trailers were 52' long by 8" tall... so I was printing 4' x 8's... So, at the end of the printing, machine was turned...
