Have you lubricated and checked the carriage bearings. Checked for inconsistency in the carriage rail?

tack cloth for sure. I usually but a paper towel of white glove on when using them, because I can't stand sticky fingers either!

you need to set it as a spot color in photoshop when it is a raster image. same naming convention as the spot color from illustrator.

Color white color is the way to go for prints. Seems that a single hit of white from most flatbeds isn't adequate on clear material.

I like it, but then again I have stopped putting websites on anything that has a business email address on it. If someone can't figure it out.....that's their problem. My personal feeling is that if your business name and website share the same name and someone can't find your site in less...
