Not able to help, but I have a CJV30 160 and I use Rasterlink and have run 60' banners many times with out an issue. Sounds like a setting in your Rasterlink. Call Mimaki they should be able to fix that with you right over the phone.

They are about 1 1/2 " off from the edge of the crop marks and the cutting area is about 2 inches in. It is literally just a logo with a circle to be cut out around it.

I have not seen a place to sell things here on this site yet. And yes I have thought of craigslist and ebay, but I have seen sites in the past that are just for printing equipment sales. Just hoping someone here may have sold some equipment in the past and had a site that they had success with.
