How do the outside pinch rollers work? I keep getting a left pinch roller error, but only when it's at a certain spot on the printer. If I move it to one of the other positions it is fine. This is on an SP-540v Thx

I never knew there was an "Auto". Try print cut adj. first. You print it then it makes the cuts then you adjust the scan & feed based on what you see.

Are they different then the parts for the SP-540V? I most recently used Solvent Parts USA. solventparts.com

Maybe you could go to a small local print and have them done, even if it cost a few more dollars.

This is not a "4 part" job. 4 part refers to carbonless paper. This just a long card w/ a few perfs. Almost any printer could do it. Maybe not 4over. Thumbs up to DFS.

One thing to look at is the "Workspace". At the top right of the screen is a pull down with different choices based on the type of work you do(Typography, layout, web, etc...). I use "Printing & Proofing", when in that workspace if you select an object the align tools show up in the menu bar...

You will need some sort of sign cut software that can recognize the plotter. I have an old AE-60e, w/ a "serial" port connection. I have to use a a USB adapter that I got about 10+ years ago. A quick look at some of the "bargain" sign cut programs show that they support that model.
