carriage and head board got replaced and back to normal now.

I have a ROLAND XF 640 i got ink on the left head, it stuff the head and replaced the head and its doing this tech has been trying to work out what the problem is, have replace the carriage board. the right head is printing perfect its only the left head has a problem.

the ink running through the head was from cheap dampers, the valves in them dont shut off, so by the genuine dampers. But now after getting ink on the head from the dampers leaking, i have a temp to low -5c on the print head and now head wont print.

using Bulk ink and have been for 15months and its only yellow on one print head that is failing nozzle test some times has all working but slowly getting worse. changed all the dampers

Having problems with my roland xf 640, im guessing i need a new printhead its the left head and wiped the head and a 60sec later it looks like this. the print is failing on the head as well

yes its still under warranty, yes i could if i didn't want work this week and every time ive got a tech to turn up its taken a week or more.

ive had a Roand XF-640 a few months and it gets a motor error from hitting the lever on the cleaning part. i have tried a few things but can't fix it circled lever is what its jaming on and right circle is were its jamming

Cleaned the encoder strip, didnt fix it & so now have a new motor turning up.

Just got a second hand rockhpper 2, it had been sitting around for a 6months clean out everyting out and had a bit on ink on 1 of the heads and the head cable burnt when i started it up. I now get the E067 Error have changed the x-axis motor and still have the problem. has any one had this...

4 things that can cause a problem like that, pump, docking station, head stuffed and damper. your pump is working fine and you have put a new docking station in so change the damper. If that dosn't fix it swap the cyan line with yellow line on head and print something yellow, if it prints cyan...

Need some information on the Mutoh Rockhopper 2 Pro 2.2m with 12 cartriges, looking at buying one. Can it be changed to a bulk ink. Think it might be a mutoh Toucan LT aswell outside of australia. Printing238@hotmail.com

i have a Mutoh RJ6100 / Rockhopper and it wants to do a Ink Change but because i took off the cartage sersors (im running bulk ink) i can't and i don't have any cleaning cartridges. how do i get around this

fixed it, wiped the head board, unplug all the plugs and put them back in and it works fine now. the printer has done 15,000hrs and still working fine

i never fixed a sp300 but there should be a screw to hold the head in losen it a bit and you should be able to move the head in or out to align it. Then use the head align on the printer to get in spot on.

Its not air getting into the system, it only happens on the left head and all 6 colours do the same when on that side. The Test Print is perfect. Change all the dampers, cap station, the pump o rings and lines. Ive been using it to print orange and the black will work for about 200mm the drop...
