I have a ROLAND XF 640 i got ink on the left head, it stuff the head and replaced the head and its doing this
tech has been trying to work out what the problem is, have replace the carriage board.
the right head is printing perfect its only the left head has a problem.
Having problems with my roland xf 640, im guessing i need a new printhead
its the left head and wiped the head and a 60sec later it looks like this.
the print is failing on the head as well
ive had a Roand XF-640 a few months and it gets a motor error from hitting the lever on the cleaning part.
i have tried a few things but can't fix it
circled lever is what its jaming on and right circle is were its jamming
Just got a second hand rockhpper 2, it had been sitting around for a 6months clean out everyting out and had a bit on ink on 1 of the heads and the head cable burnt when i started it up.
I now get the E067 Error have changed the x-axis motor and still have the problem.
has any one had this...
Need some information on the Mutoh Rockhopper 2 Pro 2.2m with 12 cartriges, looking at buying one. Can it be changed to a bulk ink.
Think it might be a mutoh Toucan LT aswell outside of australia.

i have a Mutoh RJ6100 / Rockhopper and it wants to do a Ink Change but because i took off the cartage sersors (im running bulk ink) i can't and i don't have any cleaning cartridges. how do i get around this
the head cable came lose and on the Roland FJ52, now when printing the left head on all 3 nozzles drop out at the same time after 50mm printing, i put a new head in so its not a damaged head.
i was thinking it was the head board.
anyone had this problem or know how to fix it.
i have 2x Roalnd Fj52 just replace the motor in one and now wont work. it keeps saying the temperature to cold and its 30c in the room, anyone know how to fix this problem.
