Not sure what you are implying, but in the world of business this happens.
Now, I am not saying I support it, but to trash them publicly is a bit far. If you don't like them, don't use them, it's simple.
In the end, that's business.
I'm sure if you have an iPhone, you aren't going to fire Apple, or swear off their products because of their production atmosphere.
What is wrong with keeping it Flexi, but just upgrade it?
I think for a print and cut option, especially if you are familiar, Flexi is great because you can use it for independent printing, cutting, or both.
Pardon my ignorance on the Roland side, but how can a solvent or eco printer have real innovation? Outside of print speed and takeup/print feed....can it really be THAT much better?
IMO, the L26 is the way to go.
HP has done this in the past. Basically the don't take your old machine, you send them the motherboard of your old machine and they probably just smash it.
Bingo. I've seen this on a few new FC8000's out of the box. Roll size than polls to Cutting Master or other software plugins as around 70 inches for the length and it stops in the same place everytime.
