Would be the dampners, manifold causing this. I would thought that would be caused by over ink. The print looks like its it's just out of register a lot. How can you tell if the dampners and manifold are bad. Thanks

I changed the encoder strip today an now I am getting this. Thought I fixed problem but I guess not. And it also is printing at a diagonal when I went to see if print heads were calibrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Nozzle check is ok. The yellow seems aliitle out and cyan out alittle. But when I went thru the head calibration it seemed like it was ok. Thanks

do an encoder strip check..you have to goto service mode though to do. and see how far the numbers are when you do the test. I should not be that far off. if its why off then it might be the encoder strip. I would check test and the spring that the encoder strip is on..My would assume that it is...

I had problems with production house 7.3 crashing, but that was when I started it up and or would not find printers, so now I have to right click on the mouse and run it in administrator mode and haven't had any problems sense. my you can do the same... hope this might help
