All of a sudden today when I type out a new font it is in wire frame and when I select a fill it still has the black wire frame around the font. I have reset the preferences to default and it is still happening. I have Flexi 8.6 v1 anyone know whats going on?

I have a Mutoh Falcon Jr that will not print color I have ink to the dampers and can pull ink through the head with a syringe. I have replaced the head, head cable, and fuse but still no color. Anyone have any idea of what to do next?
