I having trouble printing a banner. It looks like the Y-axis is misaligned ( at least I think that is the y axis). I am also getting this error when i try to do an alignment.
I am trying to find this font that we used in the past. All I have is vectors of the font from the restaurant and I need it to recreate the face for this sign.
I put a drop shadow on some letters and it is making the background behind it darker. Is there a way to remedy this? I am using Flexi 22 Build number 4084 and a HP Latex 560. The vinyl is Oracale 3850 translucent.
I have tried everything I can think of. The plotter keeps giving me the E03001 error. I use Flexi for the plotter.
I've tried:
-Resetting the plotter to factory settings.
-Changed the command type to HP-GL
-Reinstalled Flexi
and i get the same error.
I am having trouble with the free hand tool in LED Wizard. I have it populated with LEDs, but when I try to add a power supply to them, the LEDs disappear and the power supply says 0 LEDs. Am I missing something?
Need help identifying this font. The customer said they did the design at Vistaprint, but I can't seem to find it there. It may have been a different website.
I am having trouble with our plotter every time we have to split printed artwork to multiple panels. It seems when it gets to the left crop marks, it thinks I had loaded the whole artwork and passes them or doesn't scan them at all. Is there a setting I may have missed that makes it stop...
I was printing a pattern in peaces to save on material that was 166 5/8 in long. When we put it together, it came out 168 in long. Is there a setting to fix this problem? I am using Flexi 12.
