Yes just spoke backwards sorry, yes we checked the C head and it checked out fine turned out the motherboard fried on us. after i recived the new motherboard it ran ok and out of left field M has decided to band. I am now recieving NO errors on the dispaly yet it is still banding.

according to the tech the old motherboard was "unrepairable" and boss man allowed the tech to have it so he could use it for spair parts. All heads where replaced and printed fine for about 2 weeks until all holy hell broke loose

we also sent in the CC head with the motherboard to be tested...along with the slider board. both came back just fine.

We did the head replacement. we followed the specific procedures layed out by our supplier. and to my knowledge I do not recall any major storms.

I have pulled fluid into the dampers and i can push fluid through the capping station and pump, and i do get a vacume if I attempt to pull through the entire machine.

Still Problems I attempted to pull fluid through passed the pump manually, and on one line i actually go flow. Then I tried the other passed the pump and got nothing, so i tried hooking into the top of the pump and pushing into the waste and that worked just fine so i think that rules out the...
