Anyone here have the sp540i service manual, please? I just replaced the heads today and the manual I have has the wrong calibration settings.
Thank you.
And to think I did his letters 14 inches wide. He has yet to bring me the screen printed shirt that he wants me to emulate.
I almost bet you the letters wrap around to some degree. I measured a guy today that had a 3XL on and 14" looked fine to me.
Yea they were 18 3XL Gildan Ultra Cotton shirts and smaller sizes I haven't done yet. Its just simple Arial Bold text on the back that he wants wider.
Im using white Easyweed vinyl, and he has loved the shirts I have done for them earlier, I guess next time I know to do one before do them all...
I did 18 shirts for a fire dept. and I made the text 14" wide and the customer is asking why I did it so small.
I do know that is a lot of real estate to cover, but what would you do?
I am next to Asheville, NC.
Is there any dealers that sells presses, conveyors, etc in this 3 state area? I know of KolorMatrix in Atlanta. They sell Vastex. May look into a 6 color press soon.
Was reading over on the t-shirt forums that the Colorprint PU is much like the Stahls I use. You MUST yank the image from the carrier, not slowly.
Must be why they are making this "Easy" HPV.
Anyone tried any of this vinyl? Appears they just came out with this back in March.
I have used Stahls Express Print and it is a bear to remove from the carrier sheet.
There is a water slide decal material out there for solvent ink?
Iv'e made these type of decals with a inkjet printer then sprayed with clear paint. But hey, if there is something I can use in my SP540i then what is it?
I have a SP540i printer and our car club wants some logos printed on cling vinyl. Should I just get someone to do them? Probably 300 to 500 and about 3" in diameter. Must stick on inside of glass.

Im considering buying a laser and I was wondering that if my shop is so air tight that wouldn't I need to have a fresh air in, maybe a pipe to the cabinet somehow to keep from sucking all my heat and cool air out?
