I used to work for a company that created "Design Templates" perfect for quicky shops
Depends on what you are selling... large commercial signs?... commission and expenses (a good sales person from the sign industry can live very well on that.)
A Mom and Pop quicky sticky banner shop?... create a production manager position and keep your face in front of your cash... I mean...
