  1. Coroplast; Cutting irregular shapes

Thanks gang, I'm consulting the customer on changing the size to maximize the use of a 4'x8', their size is irregular. @cdisel, I'll be in touch if I can talk some sense into this guy :P

  3. Coroplast; Cutting irregular shapes

We have a request for 300 cut coroplast signs with a "pine tree" shape, basically an arrow with notches, you guys get the idea. We *could* print and route these, but it's sort of a PITA. Anyone have a source for a good vendor for custom cut coro?

  8. Marc Bric snap up curved display, metal tape to replace magnets?

We've been tasked to replace graphics on an old Marc Bric curved wall for a customer. In the past, we've ordered new sets of magnetic strips but have had the problem with magnetic polarity that others have experienced. I saw someone suggest using a type of metallic tape to replace the magnets...
  9. How do we compete with this?

Do you really want the customers that go into Staples and Depot because it's cheaper? I tell them if price is their main concern, then go ahead and get the work done there, I can't compete with an international chain. If they want service, quality, options, follow-through, and experienced staff...
  10. Need idea and/or someone to make them

How many total pieces is it? If you've got a local vendor for Rite In The Rain (Xpedx should carry it), get a sample of it and test it out. I could be a piece of cake job. I ran a lot of RITR paper when i was in the Pacific Northwest and it rocks.
  11. encapsulated laminate print question

whoever you get your roll lam from will have it. General Formulations in Michigan is a good source if you don't have one in Ontario, at least they're sorta close.
  12. Need idea and/or someone to make them

My first thought was a type of tyvek but I'm not aware of any that you can easily print double-sided.

  14. encapsulated laminate print question

I'd just use whatever roll mount PSA you have in-house, no big whoop.
  15. Need idea and/or someone to make them

How many? You might be able to use Rite-In-The-Rain through a digital copier/printer, then trim to size. It's fairly tear resistant and holds up to weathering well.
  16. where do you get your retractable banner stands from?

We don't order exlcusively from anyone. We determine what the customer's needs are and order based on that. Do they want those Chinese-made POS stands from Orbus? Do they want a premium appearance, if so maybe Marc Bric or Expolinc Our most popular is the mid-price lines from Orbus .
