i am looking for someone experienced in mutoh to help me get my printer working, i changed the capping station and still couldn't get my black and yellow to print, any idea? i am located in wheeling IL

i just received a Falcon II and i am trying to change the capping, but i am having a hard time unlocking the head s o i can take out the maintenance station, i tried to go through the manual and i cant find anything in the menu that does that.
