Make sure your tab switch is popping up when you remove the left cover. I have seen them stick before. It's the silver metal tab that tells the machine the cover is off. If thats not it it could have a loose connection at the switch. Worst case, power down and unplug them manually move the head...

We make it a point to tell them the balance due when calling them to tell them the work is ready. It seemed to stop that behavior. Also we will offer to take a credit card via phone to make it easy for the client to send anyone to pick it up.

If your in a rush use the RT2 as most have said. Then let dry a while and spray the mask with rapid tac and rub it in. it helps reduce the tack of the premask and it pulls less on the vinyl. We have done this for years in situations that require speed! Just my .02 worth

Just this week I had an outer roller cover come loose and run cockeyed on the inner brass roller that holds the bearings. Called and got 2 to replace both oters and no more problems! Might be worth a check

Ran it thru WTF with no hits :doh: I am pretty sure it's a font too but 2 days on it and I haven't been able to ID it. Its on a Johnson 150 outboard motor and the replacement decals are discontinued. The old guy loves this boat and even got me written permission from johnson to reproduce them.
