Called flexi support and got some great help. My color was set at 45%K C,M,and Y were at 0. For some strange reason it was adding a mix of color into my black. Went into rip and print, selected color settings,rendering intent, pure hue on ventor,selected black on the list. problem solved

Mutoh VJ1614. Flexi cloud. When i turn my color correction off I get no purple, but I can not select output profile.

Just got a new computer and re installed flexi. Everything is up and working except my greys are purple. Double checked all my settings, must be over looking something here. Just not making sense. Need to get this order out today. In a jam please help. Thanks, Jason.

No one here is telling you not to use 3m. Just stating the facts of the matter. Just wait until you loose 20-30k due to this BS. 3m has no business promoting such services. Love the respnses from 3m on this matter. Sounds like Obama reading from the teleprompter. Oracal/Orajet all the way.

Value jet 64" 1614 here. Three major costly problems in three years. Going to sell or shoot with my .45 which ever happens first. Mutoh is horrible with addressing problems, all they want to do is point the finger at the dealer and blame them. Would not buy another. Going with a Roland

Done with Mutoh..Going to sell this lemon after this problem is fixes. This is not the first or second issue we have had with this 1614. DONE!

Jack, Have not had a problem with seasons changing in the past. I try to keep the room temp at 69.

Also this is happening in All 100% CMYK colors. Not just Blue

Before the head change it was printing almost the same wave without the scratch streaks across the wave. Head was changed along with the maintenance station. Printed fine for about 1 week now back worse than before.

3 year old machine gets run everyday. Just had the head replaced on my mutoh VJ 1614 less than a month ago. Everything was fine. Colors looked great. Just started to not want to smash it wish a 20lb maul. Now I am starting to see serious waves in print with a scratch look over the waves...

I will give you countless reasons not to order material from signwarehouse. My life in the sign business would have come along so much better if I ordered from Fellers from the start. If you want you order srewed up and arrive 4 days late.... Order from sign warehouse. Nothing but trouble...

Solid colors print fine. Yes I used 100% of all four colors and they look great. I pulled just the gradient out and printed, the grey fade is a shade of purple with horizontal banding.

Sorry Pat. He took it down before i could get a picture. Its a tattoo shop that had body piercing under the name. They took off the d in body to make bo y piercing. hahaha. Thank you both for the help. Much appreciated. Think way to hard about things and it gets me in a jam.
