  1. The most fun we've had with a wrap yet!!

Specifically your designers do a fantastic job in the transition arreas... places like the hood, to front quarter panel, and rear trunk lid to rear quarter panels. Thats a critical spot that not enough designers pay attention to. The tree one is a flawless example of that. Tricky to do, but...
  2. My Roland is drunk.

Apparently my VersaCamm 540 has been drinking. I am cutting simple ovals out for a decal run. The cuts on the right side of the bed are bang on perfect, but by the time the cuts are being made on the left, they are off kilter. The cuts on the left hand side are cutting mighty close to my...

  6. Graphics rookie looking for guidance for Race car graphics

Spring is race car season for me... My advice is go bigger, and get the 30" cutter, as down the road, you will look back at your flourishing new sign business (no one got a cutter so they can make signs.. ha ha ha) and wonder how you could have done it smaller... But to save on budgeting...

  12. Air bubbles under vinyl

I have a summer student this year, and he's been working out fairly well. He usually does my grunt work (small coro signs etc...) but on one particular day, he had to deal with a customer as I was on the phone. I didn't hear what the customer said, but I did hear him say to the customer..."A...

  15. Printing GREY on my VersaCamm

Hey all... I am STUMPED. I've heard this is a problem for others out there.. but have YET to find a soloution. When printing and partial tones of black off of my VersaCamm 540V, I'm getting crazy hues of green in it. I've made two sets of files that I run side by side. The file consists...
