    There is a new firmware... did not completely resolve the issue. For some reason there is an overspray happening on the cyan only. U might be seeing cyan on the front clear cover.... Also i assume u know that the tension lever has 2 positions.. first for lighter weight and second for heavier...

    Agreed... can't take a solvent mnf take on it. So should we believe HP on what they say abt latex ? According to HP " very small "amounts of VOC, 70% water 30% co solvents.... maybe all ink mnf shud actually have the % of the VOC on their MSDS sheet.

    Not true.... latex inks has VOC's just like other solvent inks, but not as much.

    I would not say I have switched, since I still have the 26500... but the m64 is just so much happier with all materials, and 4 times faster. You still have to outgass, but overall with the gain in speed we do not see this as "lost" time .

    We have run 20 000 sqm in 4 months... so far absolutely no issues. As for the take up, u can set to tight or loose... we dont rewind using the tight option, it does not rewind 100% but we just take the roll out and just bump it standing upright to square it off.

    Color white color, or day night option as Durst refers to it, works well on clear acrylics, or clear vinyl. It is not needed for fabric.

    The fabric is called Samba, and available from Berger. It is printed either on UV roll to roll printer. This fabric does not show any white lines when folded. We do this all the time on our durst for backlit. We have latex, solvent and dysub.... nothing can come close to this combination for...
